Berry Yummy Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia Pudding!

My family has been REALLY enjoying 
many healthy smoothies,
But, today we felt like 
something a little different for breakfast
Berry Yummy Chia Pudding
3/4 C mixed berries
2/3 C almond milk 
(today I used hemp milk for added nutrition)
3 TB chia seeds

 
Follow these steps:
Blend up Berries and milk until it nice and smooth.
Put 3 TB chia seeds in a bowl and pour berry and milk mixture over top.
Mix well.
Put the mixture into the refrigerator over night. Stirring occasionally  if you think about it.
Serve it up in a pretty dish 
and top with 
sliced banana's, granola, or chopped nuts
and ENJOY!
